A few years ago I had the same issue with a similar wastewater and successfully used a DAF system.

I agree with John on aplying Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF) to remove fine fibers and lint from textile washing wastewater.
Fine screens and filters would work to some extent but are likely to clog up requiring frequent cleaning and/or maintenance.
