Regarding leaking, there are often 2 causes. First is how the EDI is mounted to the skid, and second is if the torque was set properly. SnowPure's EDI modules come with startup instructions (English) that should help with this. Contact info (at) snowpure.com directly for more information.
Regarding product quality, it depends on the influent water quality and operating conditions (environmental and DC voltage, current, quality). Influent water variables include conductivity, CO2 and HCO3, pH, and impurities like Fe and TOC that foul the resins. SnowPure or the system supplier should be able to help if you have an RO permeate analysis.

since commissing we have facing T. Iron between 20 to 40 ppb EDI feed, EDI Current 2.5 to 2.6 , voltage 103 to 132. Cunductivity of feed water 6 microS/cm , PH 5.50 - 6.50 , Co2 in RO feed water ( bore well ) 6.16 , TOC and HCO3 quantity i will share after analysis
