If the money was for research and development to clean the water and chelate all toxic metals then you should give the money back. This technology has already been discovered and is now an industry standard. I realize the primary goal is to create manufacturing jobs in Wyoming. But since the process and product are already here and working 100% of the time try cleaning water from man made discharges before they reach the rivers.
